Santa Claus Anonymous is excited to announce our 2008 beneficiaries! Every dollar we earn at this year's Snowball will go directly to these youth programs. Read how our funds directly impact the programs and the lives of the children who participate. The mission of the Boston Scholars Program is to open doors for disadvantaged youth through educational opportunity. We achieve this by granting low-income Boston-area students with scholarships to attend challenging tuition-based high schools. Secondly, we match each Scholar with a mentor from the Boston professional community. Thirdly, we offer leadership development opportunities to our students. Overall, we aim to provide the positive influences necessary to guide our Scholars to open up a world of opportunities previously not thought possible. In 2008, we are pleased to announce that 100% of our pioneering Boston Scholars, admitted in 2004, enrolled in college and universities.
